Let’s be real, these Aerogardens are not cheap. ONE month after 1yr warranty expired, the LCD panel went out. I’ve emailed Aerogarden customer service, and never got a reply (it’s been about a month since it broke). It still ‘works’, but I cannot program it.I bought a 2nd aerogarden (harvest, not slim) directly from manufacturer around the same time, and – like this slim model- it also broke 13 months after purchase, when 1/2 of the LED lights at the top stopped coming on. And, like this one bought via Amazon, Aerogarden has never responded to my service/warranty inquiries.I will never purchase another item from them
